Introduction

I’m a licensed social worker with eleven years of experience helping individuals and couples move through Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Addiction, and ADHD. I started my journey working with individuals in outpatient substance abuse treatment and then progressed to working in the corrections system with individuals suffering from addiction and trauma.
