Many people I work with skillfully adapted to the trials of life. On the outside, you may appear 'high-functioning,' yet privately, you might carry a persistent sense of emptiness, shame, doubt or alienation. You may find yourself on autopilot, in familiar, unfulfilling roles at work or in love—longing for validation and connection that seem hard to hold onto. If you find yourself stuck in cycles of merely coping or feeling like you have to 'fix' yourself to be okay, you are not alone. My work is grounded in the belief that you don’t need fixing; rather reclaim the parts of yourself that have been silenced by pressure to function. My approach is integrative and relational, blending specialized training in complex trauma and depth psychology. I am dedicated to supporting individuals and couples of all identities and backgrounds. My clinical experience is extensive, including relationship challenges, and helping those burdened by perfectionism, anxiety, inner conflicts, toxic shame. Healing requires both kindness and courage. I offer a non-judgmental environment to help you reconnect with yourself or loved ones, while also providing the necessary mirrors to challenge the hidden beliefs and behaviors that may be standing in your way. I am deeply dedicated to co-creating a space that feels supportive, personal, and meaningful to you.
