As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I believe healing involves the mind, body, and spirit. My approach is compassionate and strengths-based, helping clients build resilience, foster personal growth, and create meaningful change. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago and completed Duke University’s Integrative Health Coaching Program. My experience spans private practice, hospitals, community mental health, and educational settings. I specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, motherhood, life transitions, work-life balance, and spirituality. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), goal setting, and a holistic approach, I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
