Introduction

As an employee of Help and Hope Counseling, I have 15 years experience working with individuals and families across all life stages. Our ideal clients are individuals, military families, and parents facing anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity challenges, or major life transitions. They often come to us feeling stuck, overwhelmed by fear, or carrying the heavy weight of past wounds—simply longing for hope, connection, and a safe place to heal. We walk alongside you as compassionate, steady partners. Using tailored, evidence-based tools—and optional faith-integrated care—we help you gain practical strategies that create lasting peace. I'm an Army veteran of 10 years familiar with military culture and unique soldier issues. Additionally, I have training and experience collaborating with schools and families on all behavioral and developmental issues. I implement integrative and creative solutions, while utilizing evidenced based strategies to tailor every intervention to meet your specific needs. As a Christian, I also offer Christian Counseling for people who want their faith to be an integrative part of the healing process. I understand how difficult it can be to get started. No matter where you are in the process, I will walk alongside you, so you never feel alone. I will encourage you as a partner in the therapeutic relationship, while challenging you at times to step outside your comfort zone. Together we can move forward. Please outreach me for a free consult today.
