Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck in life, or simply needing support? Maybe you have been struggling for a while? I approach therapy as an opportunity to listen, provide support, and assist you in developing clarity as well as new tools for addressing your concerns. I offer compassion, empowerment, and encouragement in a warm, non-judgmental environment conducive to growth and change. Therapy can provide relief, insight, and strategies to help you become or return to your best version of yourself. Stop doing the things you don't want to be doing and start living the life you desire.. I specialize in treating women's issues, relational issues, and infertility/pregnancy concerns as well as stress/anxiety, depression, and eating concerns. I have a special interest in working with college students, new moms, and assessment (including evaluations for IVF, egg/sperm/embryon donations, and gestational carriers). I am also available for supervision and consultation for pre-licensed and new professionals. Please complete a request or email me at jenbradfordphd@phhwtherapy.com for a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs and see if we would be a good fit to work together.
