I bring compassion and a nonjudgmental style to my practice, believing that it’s most important to meet people where they’re at and help them see that what they’re going through is normal and okay. I am an intense listener and believe in a direct approach to therapy, meaning I’m not just going to nod my head and let you talk, but I will ask questions to get to know you and get to the heart of what’s most important to you. I specialize in helping adults heal from complex trauma using an integrative, client-centered approach that blends my deep clinical knowledge of trauma recovery, formal training in EMDR and parts work, over a decade of experience walking alongside trauma survivors in both private practice and community mental health, and a lifelong passion for creating spaces where people feel truly seen, safe, and empowered.
