Introduction

I bring over 20 years of experience helping children, teens, and adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, behavioral approaches, and family/marital therapy to meet you where you are in your journey. I work with individuals, couples, and families across all ages, and I'm particularly committed to creating an affirming space for LGBTQIA clients. Whether you're processing past trauma, managing anxiety, navigating a relationship transition, or supporting a young person through a difficult time, I'm here to help. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments and accept a wide range of insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
