As a psychologist, one of my favorite parts of this work is helping people make sense of experiences that have fundamentally changed how they see themselves, their relationships, or the world around them. Whether you've experienced trauma, are struggling with PTSD, navigating grief, feel disconnected from your partner, are questioning your faith after difficult experiences, or simply know something hasn't felt right since a significant life event, therapy can provide a path forward. For nearly 15 years, I've devoted my career to evidence-based trauma treatment through clinical practice, research, teaching, and national consultation. I specialize in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy (CBCT) for PTSD. I believe therapy works best when it combines genuine collaboration with treatments supported by strong scientific research. Together, we'll work to understand what's keeping you stuck, build practical skills, and help you move toward a life that's no longer organized around trauma.
