Introduction

I'm Jenny Harris, co-founder of EveryBody Counseling and one of the therapists on our team. I came to therapy as a teenager who needed it, and a good therapist changed things for me. I've spent the last 15 years trying to pay that forward. Most of my work centers on eating disorder recovery, body image repair, and perinatal mental health. I'm a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Consultant (CEDS-C), which means I've put a significant amount of my training, continuing education, and honestly my heart into this work. I practice from a HAES, intuitive eating, and anti-oppressive framework -- meaning I'm not here to fix your body. I'm here to help you stop fighting it. I also work with survivors of domestic violence and abuse, and highly sensitive people who are quietly exhausted by feeling everything so deeply. I'll celebrate your wins and lovingly call you out when something isn't serving you. We'll spend time figuring out what you actually want your life to look like -- and then do the work of moving toward it, even when it's uncomfortable. I also offer dual licensure supervision for LMFTs and LPCs, which is one of my favorite parts of this work. If that sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd love to hear from you.
