What if your emotions aren’t the problem, but the gateway to your healing? You work hard to hold things together: relationships, responsibilities and more. This can feel like too much. I work with people navigating relational distress, anxiety, life transitions or the lingering impact of trauma. My approach is guided by compassion, attunement, deep respect for your unique lived experience, and the understanding that humans are relational by nature. Grounded in social justice and cultural humility, I believe healing begins when we listen to the innate wisdom of our bodies and what our emotions are trying to tell us. I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a compassionate, research-based approach that helps people break old patterns by listening to their emotions instead of fighting them. I’ll help you slow down, tune in, and build new ways of being that feel authentic, grounded, and connected to your values. Sessions with me are dynamic, experiential and warm. If you’re ready to stop looping through the same stories and start feeling vibrantly connected to yourself and your world, please reach out. You don't have to carry your challenges alone and we'll work at your pace. Together, we’ll make sense of your emotions and build a path forward for you to feel free, balanced and fully yourself.
