I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, understood, and accepted—exactly as you are. You might find yourself feeling constantly anxious or on edge, caught up in worries that never seem to quiet down, or stuck in a loop of self-criticism. I help adults and teens who struggle with self-doubt, anxiety, and people-pleasing build confidence, trust themselves, and feel more at ease in their own skin. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you feel more confident, self-compassionate, and able to enjoy your life again. My approach is person-centered, meaning our work is guided by your needs, your pace, and what feels most meaningful to you. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to have the “right” words or hold it all together. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and past experiences that keep you feeling stuck, while developing healthier ways to relate to yourself and others. Whether you’re a teen navigating social pressure or an adult feeling held back by anxiety or self-doubt, you don’t have to go through this alone. I currently have immediate openings for afternoon and evening appointments. Please feel free to reach out with a brief message or question whenever you’re ready!
