Introduction

Everyone deserves a non-judgmental space to reflect and confront their struggles. As an ADHD and Mood Specialist (ADHD-CCSP), I primarily work with neurodivergence, co-occurring anxiety and depression or individuals with a history of trauma/PTSD. Together we can focus on learning self, increasing emotion regulation and impulse control while navigating feelings of overwhelm and avoidance. With a warm and relational style, I hope to help clients to gain a sense of awareness and change throughout the therapy process.
