Introduction

My name is Jeny Rodrigue, and I know life can become heavy sometimes. Whether you are dealing with stress, trauma, addiction, anxiety, burnout, or simply trying to hold everything together, you do not have to face it alone. With more than ten years of experience in the behavioral health field, I have worked with people from all walks of life during some of their most difficult moments. I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor, Certified Clinical Supervisor, and DOT Qualified Substance Abuse Professional. While my education and credentials matter, what matters most to me is creating a space where people feel comfortable, understood, and supported without judgment. I believe therapy should feel real and relatable. I aim to be more than someone who simply listens. You deserve someone who helps you work through challenges, develop healthier coping skills, and move toward the life you truly want for yourself. My approach is compassionate, honest, and tailored to your individual needs and goals. Together, we will focus on practical tools, emotional healing, and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. At A Pathway to Life Counseling Services, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you begin your journey toward healing and growth. Sometimes the hardest part is taking the first step, but you do not have to take it by yourself.
