I support adults (individuals, couples, and families) who experience PTSD/trauma, anger, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, relationship issues, and more. While I do work with a lot of straight men, I also work with women, and those in the LGBTGEQIAP+ community (teens and adults), and I am an “out” counselor with a history of advocacy for others. I approach counseling from a multicultural and social justice perspective and have lived and worked in many US states and countries, drawing on this experience to understand each client’s unique perspective. I am primarily an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) counselor who applies key concepts from neuroscience and the Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) counseling modalities.
