I create a safe, nurturing space where children, adolescents, and families can explore what's really going on beneath the surface. I specialize in ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and attachment issues—areas where I've developed extensive expertise over years of working with neurodivergent individuals. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I believe healing happens when we address root causes rather than just manage symptoms. I draw on research-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, narrative therapy, and other modalities tailored to each person's unique needs. My commitment is to personalize every session around what you or your child actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I work with individuals from toddlerhood through adulthood, as well as families and couples. I'm accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accepting most major insurance plans.
