Are you feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, trauma, or emotional overwhelm—despite your best efforts to change? I specialize in helping clients regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with a sense of clarity and internal balance using neurofeedback and "Parts Work" therapy. Neurofeedback allows us to look directly at your brain’s activity in real time—tracking patterns of over-activation or disconnection that often underline symptoms like anxiety, PTSD, or chronic stress. This non-invasive approach helps your brain to learn to regulate itself, gently and naturally, without relying solely on talk therapy. As a trauma therapist, I also incorporate "Parts Work" aka Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Ego-State therapy to support you in understanding your inner world—your “parts”—and how different aspects of you may carry pain, protect you, or simply want to be heard. When combined with neurofeedback, this approach fosters both neural and emotional integration. I offer a space that’s grounded, collaborative, and attuned to the nervous system as well as the soul. I work with clients seeking deeper change both at the level of the brain and the internal system. If you're curious about how your brain and your inner world can work together to support lasting change, I'd be honored to walk with you on that path.
