As a therapist, I strive to create a space where clients can be authentic, brave, and vulnerable. This starts with offering respect, empathy, and nonjudgmental support. I am passionate about helping people work through trauma, anxiety, stress, rejection, depression, uncertainty, and loneliness. Walking alongside them as they find their own path to healing, strength, and fulfillment. I believe we all have within us the capacity to create a positive impact and change in our own lives. I’m honored to support you on your journey. As a therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and men’s issues, as well as challenges related to relationships and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based interventions, trauma-informed care, and communication-focused work. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples, particularly in areas such as emotional regulation, identity exploration, stress management, and recovery support. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, validated, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change. My pathway to becoming a therapist emerged through my personal journey of healing and self-discovery. Like many, I struggled to find purpose and meaning in life, spending years in corporate management before realizing my passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges. Through my personal journey, I’ve learned how essential it is to have a place of trust and acceptance to discuss the many struggles this life can bring, along with the knowledge that it’s okay to not be okay. We’re often told we must be perfect, to not show weakness, and to hide our struggles. As someone who has faced many obstacles, I understand the fears, doubts, insecurities, and false beliefs we can carry about ourselves. I believe the bravest thing a person can do is to be vulnerable and share their story. There is no greater honor or privilege than when someone authentically opens up and shares their story with me. In addition to being a therapist, I’m a husband, a father of two daughters, and someone doing my best each day. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University, graduating with distinction.
