I offer therapy that is grounded, direct, and deeply human. As a male therapist and veteran, I bring a perspective shaped by service, resilience, and an understanding of the burdens people often carry quietly. My goal is to create a space where you can speak openly, feel respected, and work through difficult experiences with support and clarity. My clinical background includes high-acuity settings working with substance use, trauma, legal involvement, and chronic stress. I work primarily with young adults and middle-aged adults navigating depression, anxiety, mood instability, identity concerns, personality-related challenges, and major life transitions. I also have significant experience with suicidality and risk management, and I approach this work with calm, compassion, and thoughtful safety planning. My style is trauma-informed, collaborative, and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, and Interpersonal Therapy. I believe therapy should be both practical and meaningful—helping you better understand yourself, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change. I also offer therapy in German for clients who feel more comfortable communicating in German or value culturally attuned care. **Supervision Disclosure:** Jeremy is a Supervisee in Social Work and does not have authority for independent practice.
