Introduction

Hi, I’m Jerniece Saez, founder of JJS Psychotherapy, LLC and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I provide trauma informed therapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life’s many transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or struggling to move forward, you don’t have to face it alone. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and solution focused, integrating trauma informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment based interventions to help you better understand the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we’ll build practical tools to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen communication, break unhealthy cycles, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and confident as you move toward healing, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic. Remember, you don’t have to face it alone.
