I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal from past experiences, and build meaningful, intentional lives. My approach to counseling is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that lasting change happens when clients feel safe enough to be honest about where they are and supported enough to grow beyond it. A central part of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected without judgment, while also being gently challenged to explore patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping them stuck. I view therapy as a collaborative process, clients are the experts on their own lives, and my role is to help bring clarity, insight, and direction to their experiences. Within this relationship, trust becomes the foundation for growth, allowing deeper exploration and more authentic change. I also focus heavily on helping clients identify what they truly want out of life. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we slow things down enough to explore values, strengths, and the deeper motivations behind their goalsThe goal is not only symptom relief, but also helping clients develop a stronger sense of agency and direction in their lives. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University in 2022 and my Bachelor of Psychology from Clayton State University in 2017. Ultimately, my goal is to support clients in moving from feeling stuck or uncertain to feeling more grounded, self-aware, and empowered to live in alignment with the life they envision for themselves. I am currently accepting clients in Georgia.
