I work with individuals who have experienced trauma and understand that healing doesn't look the same for everyone. Together, we'll move at your pace, honoring your story, building tools for stability, and reconnecting with who you truly are. I especially enjoy working with members of the BIPOC community, LGBTQ+ individuals, and women navigating motherhood — populations I feel deeply connected to and honored to support.
