Introduction

Here at Emerge Counseling Center, I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating life's challenges of all kinds—including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, personality disorders, trauma, and major life transitions. No matter what you're facing, I welcome you as a client, and if an issue calls for a different specialty, I'm glad to connect you with one of my trusted colleagues at the center. As an Air Force veteran with over two decades of service, I also bring a unique understanding to working with military members, first responders, veterans, and their families—though I welcome anyone seeking support, regardless of background. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—I draw from an eclectic mix of evidence-based approaches to fit your story, your goals, and your pace, whether you're a child working through big feelings or an adult facing a difficult season of life. Above all, my goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where real healing and lasting change can happen. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions serving the Denver, Parker, Aurora, and Littleton areas, and I'm currently welcoming new clients.
