Introduction

Becoming a parent can bring unexpected challenges, even when it is something you've long hoped for. I specialize in helping women navigate pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy after loss, and the emotional transition into motherhood. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, relationship changes, the mental load of parenting, or adjusting to life with a new baby, you don't have to do it alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist, I help women develop practical coping skills, manage stress and anxiety, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in their role as a parent. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and focused on helping you move from surviving to thriving. I provide therapy for women experiencing pregnancy anxiety, postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, maternal mental health concerns, and life transitions. Together, we'll create a supportive space where you can process your experiences, build resilience, and make meaningful changes that help you feel like yourself again.
