Therapy offers a space to better understand ourselves, our relationships, and the ways we have learned to cope with life's challenges. Together we can explore patterns that may once have been adaptive but no longer serve you, creating opportunities for greater choice, flexibility, and self-understanding. I work with adults navigating longstanding patterns that feel difficult to change. I am particularly interested in helping people develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves while gaining a deeper understanding of the experiences and relationships that have shaped them. My approach is warm and collaborative. I integrate relational psychotherapy with mindfulness-based and cognitive-behavioral approaches. My work is grounded in a systems perspective that recognizes how our relationships, communities, and broader social and cultural contexts shape our experiences of ourselves and the world. I believe connection really matters, and finding the right fit is an important part of therapy. If you’re interested in working together, send me an email sharing a little about what you’re looking for. We can then schedule a brief consultation to discuss whether I might be a good fit for your needs.
