Introduction

Hello! My name is jess, and I use the pronouns they/he. I'm an LGTBQA+ Affirming therapist with a history of helping Neurodivergent + Queer individuals, couples, & families express their inner selves. You are the authority on your story. I am a supporting role in that my curiosities may assist you in uncovering and exploring the ways you truly want to show up in our world. I am interested in nurturing human flourishing and discovering the myriad of pathways which we can use to get there. As a systems based therapist, I feel that the connection that each of us has to the people and world around us is under-utilized as a support. I feel our own bodies and emotions are keys to understanding ourselves and the patterns we enact. I am attracted to the experiential modes of therapy, how emotions can drive our cycles (Emotionally Focused) and the stories that we have absorbed (Narrative Therapies.) I believe mindfulness based therapies are an important way to access our interior selves. If you are looking for a supportive, engaged and empathetic therapist to walk alongside you as explore these realms, please reach out for a 15 min consult. If it feels right, we can work together to create a plan and goals that focus as you and where you, your partner/family want to go in therapy.
