Many of my clients are the people others rely on—the helpers, caregivers, problem-solvers, and strong ones who rarely give themselves permission to ask for support. They may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or life transitions while carrying the weight of experiences that haven't had space to be processed. I provide a warm, collaborative space where clients can show up exactly as they are, make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and create meaningful change without judgment or pressure to be anyone other than themselves. I don't believe therapy is about fixing what's broken. It's about understanding your story, recognizing your strengths, and creating space for change. My approach is trauma-informed and draws from CBT, DBT, attachment-based approaches, mindfulness, and strengths-based practices to support healing, self-awareness, and resilience. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're used to handling everything on your own. You don't need to have all the answers before starting therapy. Sometimes the hardest part is simply taking the first step—and you don't have to take it alone.
