Introduction

As a mama of two littles, I understand the complexities of becoming and being a parent. In my role as a therapist, I'm here to help you navigate these stages, engage in self-compassion and cultivate a life you love. I also serve people of all genders hoping to become parents, those that are grieving and those that are experiencing general life transitions. I am currently working towards my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C).
