Hello, I’m Jesse James, a Life Coach, Relationship Coach, Addiction Specialist, and Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate candidate serving clients throughout Oregon, and Washington State through both in-person and telehealth services. With more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, veterans, and families navigate life's challenges, I specialize in relationship counseling, addiction recovery, codependency, trauma, anxiety, depression, personal growth, and life transitions. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development, a Master’s degree in Organizational Management and Leadership, and I am currently in the final nine weeks of completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with graduation anticipated in August 2026. My professional training includes Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (Level 1), Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 2), addiction counseling, recovery coaching, and evidence-based approaches designed to create lasting change. As a U.S. Navy Veteran, I bring a unique understanding of resilience, leadership, stress management, trauma recovery, and the challenges faced by military members, veterans, first responders, and their families. Whether you are struggling with communication issues, rebuilding trust after infidelity, overcoming substance use, strengthening your marriage, managing anxiety or depression, or seeking greater purpose and direction in life, I provide practical tools, accountability, and compassionate support to help you move forward. My mission is simple: to help people build healthier relationships, achieve lasting recovery, improve emotional well-being, and create lives filled with purpose, connection, and hope.
