Introduction

Hello, I’m Jesse James, a Life Coach, Relationship Coach, and Addiction Specialist serving clients across Washington through in-person and telehealth sessions. With a background in Human Development and a Master’s in Organizational Management and Leadership, I am also completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to further expand my expertise. I hold certifications in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (Level 1) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 2), enabling me to support individuals and couples in achieving meaningful change. As a U.S. Navy Veteran (1991–2000), I bring resilience, discipline, and a deep understanding of life’s challenges to my coaching practice. My mission is to help clients overcome obstacles, build stronger relationships, and create a purposeful life.
