Jesse Belle is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who earned a Masters in Education Degree in Counseling from Northern Illinois University in 2013. She works with a variety of clients in her private practice including children, adolescents, adults and families. Jesse has worked as a therapist in the Rockford area in community counseling, child welfare, elementary schools, and as a trauma educator. She is a nurturing and strength-based therapist who treats trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-harm, abuse, foster care and adoption, communication and social skill building, sibling issues, self-esteem issues, and attachment-related issues through uses of trauma-informed EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), trauma-informed therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, mindfulness, movement, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), and evidence-based practices and interventions.
