My goal is to help people heal, grow, and create the life for themselves that they deserve. I have been working in mental health for over 12 years and my varied experience has taught me that therapy is not one size fits all. I aim to provide individualized treatment that values and honors my clients' learning style, presenting issues, access to resources, personality, interests, and stage in the change process. In addition to being a clinical social worker, I also have my certification in Animal Assisted Human Health which means I often include my dog McClane in treatment during sessions. McClane is a 8 year old rescue mutt who loves meeting new people and joining me everywhere I go. Struggling with anxiety or depression? Feeling burned out by stress and the weight of our current world? Needing to heal from a difficult childhood or past trauma? Longing to feel grounded and safe in your body and hopeful for the future? Let's see if we are good fit and can work together to achieve your goals.
