Introduction

Life is full of hardship. As suffering increases, symptoms may appear: isolation, addiction, panic attacks, depression, broken relationships, or emptiness. I help people face their suffering with gentleness and precision, whether for mental health maintenance or healing. My approach is grounded in professionalism, respect, and genuine human care. I listen deeply to help clients heal or bear their suffering with greater dignity. Rooted in the older European traditions, my work explores symptoms as expressions of distress using sophisticated tools for healing. I specialize in spiritual, religious, and existential issues, particularly for people navigating faith transitions or evangelical and high-control religious communities. I also work with trauma, mind-body concerns, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and grief. Available in person in Denver or nationwide via PSYPACT telehealth in 40+ states. Harm caused in relationship must be healed in relationship. If you're ready for a therapist who will listen carefully, act with skill, and never put you in a box, I'd welcome the chance to connect. A free 15-minute consultation is a good place to start.
