I work with adults and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, substance use, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that are no longer working for them. My background includes both residential substance use treatment and outpatient counseling, which has given me experience working with concerns that often overlap and affect multiple areas of life. My approach is collaborative, practical, and individualized. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and other integrative approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns. Rather than using the same approach with everyone, I work with each client to identify what is getting in the way and develop strategies that fit their individual needs and goals. My goal is to provide a space where you can examine difficult experiences without judgment, develop more effective ways of coping, and make meaningful changes in your life.
