Introduction

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I have experience providing individual, couples (open relationships/Polyamory style of relationships as well), and family therapy to adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, LGBTQIA issues, and other social/emotional difficulties in life. Through my training with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, I maintain a healing environment where you can be your authentic self and be fully heard without judgement.
