I believe therapy should feel like a safe, empowering space to reconnect with yourself, uncover patterns, and build new tools for healing and change. My journey into this work began as a health and wellness coach, where I supported individuals in building healthier lifestyles rooted in self-compassion. Over time, I felt called to dive deeper—to help people not just survive, but truly thrive—emotionally, mentally, and relationally. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. I also have a passion for supporting parents, especially those raising neurodivergent children, and individuals healing from emotionally difficult or chaotic family systems. My approach integrates evidence-based models such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens. I show up with curiosity, warmth, and deep respect for your lived experience. Together, we’ll set collaborative goals and move at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re processing past pain, coping with current stressors, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and connected in your life—I’m here to support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.
