I believe everyone can better understand their emotional life. With specialized training in psychodynamic and relational counseling, I am interested in helping others cultivate healthy, satisfying relationships and build a stronger connection to a sense of self. Reaching out for support can feel intimidating; my goal is to provide a comfortable and secure environment to talk about whatever comes to mind. What would it be like to have a place where you can say anything? A therapeutic relationship offers an opportunity to explore the unspoken and unknown parts of ourselves and deepen our understanding of others' motivations. Through exploration, tension eases, discomfort subsides, and relationships begin to transform. I strive to provide compassionate care to better understand the sources of emotional distress within the here and now. I'd like to schedule a brief consultation to better understand your concerns and what you hope to accomplish in therapy. A consultation helps me understand what you'd like to work on in therapy and helps both of us decide whether we are a good fit to work together. Please don't hesitate to reach out via phone or email to book a good time.
