Jessica is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who treats clients 18 years and older who suffer from anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, insomnia and other mental health conditions. Medication management is the primary focus of care, with brief, goal-directed psychotherapy incorporated as needed to enhance clinical outcomes. Jessica earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and is dual certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. While her clinical practice is focused on psychiatry, her additional training in family medicine enhances her ability to take a comprehensive, whole-person approach, integrating both physical and mental health considerations into care. Jessica’s work is guided by a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care, with a focus on empowering patients to take an active role in their mental health and overall well-being.
