I believe meaningful therapeutic work unfolds best at a steady pace. Rather than pushing for quick insight or rapid change, I focus on a relational process that allows understanding, regulation, and integration to develop over time. My approach is integrative and depth-oriented, grounded in trauma-informed care. I draw from EMDR, nervous system–aware practices, and IFS-informed parts work when aligned with readiness, using these tools to support integration rather than overwhelm. The aim of my work is not to eliminate pain or prevent future suffering, but to help people integrate what they have lived through so they can engage more fully with their lives. A life can be meaningful, creative, and whole even in the presence of trauma, grief, and uncertainty. Regulation matters, but it is not the endpoint. Living is.
