Hi, I’m Jessica, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I work with adolescents and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, or simply ready for something in their life to feel different. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll look at the patterns, experiences, and stressors that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life. I have experience supporting individuals and families through anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship challenges, substance use and recovery, co-occurring concerns, and difficult family dynamics. I also enjoy working with parents, busy professionals, and individuals navigating major transitions or changes in identity, relationships, or family life. My work is trauma-informed and incorporates approaches such as CBT, motivational interviewing, DBT-informed skills, and family systems while tailoring treatment to the individual in front of me. You won’t find a one-size-fits-all approach here. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you better understand yourself, and create meaningful changes that feel realistic and sustainable in your everyday life.
