HI! I'm Jessica, feelings doctor for the littles, and emotional support human for the rest of us. I have wanted to be a psychologist since high school, and feel incredibly grateful to continue this practice. I work with all genders and families who might like some support in this area. My lens for life and therapy is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)- which includes 4 components of individual, group skills training, 24/7 phone coaching for the client, and also I'm part of a consultation team for doing DBT. I'm trained in trauma treatment for youth and adults. I work from a client-centered, non-judgemental, trauma-informed approach, and believe that you can create change in life to be your authentic self and feel capable in what's most important to you. I also provide psychological testing, court-ordered evaluations (including custody), and expert testimony.
