Life can be challenging and relationships can become difficult to manage. Often, we find that past traumas begin to effect our present through unresolved internal conflicts, unhealthy coping, poor self-esteem and negative thoughts. As humans, we require wholeness and integration of our body, mind and soul. Neglecting one can prove to be detrimental to our overall well-being. As a faith-based therapist, I apply an integrative model that takes evidence-based-practices such as CBT and DBT and infuses them with the living word of God. I hope to eliminate any apprehension and fear related to therapy. My approach is person-centered, meaning that I am focused on learning you as an individual and not as a case to be solved. Your well-being is my focus.
