Jessica brings clinical experience working with children with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder as well as mothers facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, career uncertainty, and relationship conflict. Her approach is holistic and integrative and unique to each client. She combines teaching coping skills and mindfulness with creating a warm and validating environment to foster positive change and personal growth. Jessica is in the process of obtaining her Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, further reflecting her dedication to addressing the unique needs of new parents. She is a trained member of The American Society of Reproductive Medicine - Mental Health Professional Group (ASRM-MHPG). Most importantly, she believes you are the expert on your life and sees her role as a collaborative partner and supportive guide, creating a safe and inclusive space for all identities and genders.
