I specialize in children, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transition, blended family dynamics, trauma, PTSD, chronic illness, and the complexities of parenthood. I pull from a variety of modalities including EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention), IFS (Internal Family Systems), CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy), Attached-Based Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and more. My approach focuses on helping both individuals and families recognize triggers, heal from the past, improve emotional regulation, and establish healthy routines. I am EMDR-trained and hold the title of TBRI Practitioner. As a step mom and wife of a law enforcement officer, I understand the unique challenges that come with those two titles. I work with both intact and co-parenting families in building healthy attachments, trust, and connection. Healing takes courage! It’s about stepping out, reaching out, and venturing beyond our comfort zones to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the struggles we face. This is where our work together begins. When you step into my office, my hope is that you’ll find peace, compassion, and unwavering support as we walk out your journey together.
