I hold a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas. My background includes working with complex trauma. I began my journey working with veterans and first responders and their families, and I still work closely with this population today. In addition to this, I work with adults that have experienced estranged relationships, including adults that have been exposed to a high-conflict family environment or relationship and are struggling to navigate through these relationships and break free from patterns that are no longer serving. Other areas include adults that have experienced complex trauma, addiction, or big life transitions and are seeking to rediscover who they are and find a sense of purpose. I understand the struggle that prevents us from breaking free from patterns that are keeping us bound, and my hope is to guide you on your journey in helping you achieve the life that you want.
