Navigating childhood shouldn’t feel like an uphill battle, yet many kids carry worries, big feelings, or pressure from school and sports that remain hidden from the outside world. I work with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, ADHD, and school or sports related stress, helping them reconnect with their strengths and feel more confident both in daily life and in their sport. My goal is to create a space where kids feel safe, understood, and supported so they can rediscover their resilience, courage, and sense of joy. In therapy with me, kids experience a warm, playful, and practical environment that meets them exactly where they are. I draw from child-centered play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring each session to match the child’s needs, personality, and developmental stage. Whether we’re exploring emotions through play, building skills to improve focus, or practicing tools to navigate stress and performance anxiety, I work collaboratively with kids to strengthen confidence, emotional awareness, and coping skills, all while keeping therapy engaging and authentic.
