I bring a decade of experience working with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), life transitions, and complex family and relational dynamics. My approach to therapy is holistic. I blend cognitive, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients shift patterns that contribute to anxiety, feelings of emotional overwhelm, or a sense that they are not doing enough. I bring skills to help clients identify tools to manage stress and anxiety, as well as help clients navigate complex family and relational dynamics, develop healthy boundaries, and enjoy more secure, fulfilling relationships.
