Relationships shape every part of our lives, and when they become strained or overwhelming, it can be hard to know where to begin. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them understand their patterns, strengthen connection, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to support clients in building emotional regulation, communication skills, and deeper self-awareness. I also integrate narrative and existential perspectives to help clients explore the stories and experiences that shape who they are.
