I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor offering telehealth therapy for people who want practical, down-to-earth support. With a background growing up on a farm, involvement in 4-H, equestrian sports, and rodeo, I understand the values of hard work, independence, and resilience. I understand therapy can sometimes feel out of touch or uncomfortable. I work with clients navigating stress, feelings of depression, relationships, and life challenges, focusing on real-world tools that actually fit your life. I have a background in OCD management as well. I have several years of experience in equine-facilitated psychotherapy and research on the role of animals in emotional-regulation and connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT and trauma-informed care. I value using your skills and interests to support your growth. I understand reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step- especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while also being gently challenged to grow.
