Introduction

I am a graduate-level clinician currently pursuing my Master’s degree in counseling, and I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. My background in healthcare has shaped my understanding of the strong connection between mental and physical health, and I bring that perspective into my work. I strive to approach each person with empathy, openness, and a genuine desire to support their growth. My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered. I work alongside clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building insight and developing practical coping strategies. I focus on creating a space where clients feel comfortable moving at their own pace, and where their individual needs, values, and goals guide the work we do together. I have a strong interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, eating disorders, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting those navigating burnout, academic pressures, and the impact of chronic illness. My goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels supportive and manageable.
