Introduction

Are you feeling disconnected from yourself and the world around you? Overwhelmed by your emotions or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? As a daughter of Taiwanese immigrants and someone with ADHD, I appreciate the complexities of identity, belonging, and navigating spaces that doesn’t always understand us. I work with individuals navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, sexual assault, and low self-esteem. I’m passionate about using creativity and culturally sensitive care to foster healing, inspire meaningful transformation, and empower you create a life that feels more true to you. As an expressive art therapist, I draw from art, movement, music, narrative, drama, and play, to invite you to explore your inner world, express what words sometimes cannot, process emotions, and strengthen your mind-body connection. You deserve a space where you can feel deeply, be seen without judgement, and explore your experiences at your own pace. Together we can discover what brings safety to your body, sparks your mind, brings peace to your soul, and makes your heart sing. I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
