If you’ve spent years being the “strong one,” keeping the peace, or managing other people’s emotions, you may feel disconnected from yourself even while doing everything “right.” I work with adults who want to build stronger boundaries, reduce anxiety, and develop a clearer sense of self, especially when relationships feel intense, confusing, or draining. Many of my clients struggle with codependency, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for how others feel. My work focuses on inner child healing and differentiation of self. Together, we look at the patterns you learned early on about love, conflict, safety, and belonging, and how those patterns may show up today through guilt, reactivity, shutdown, or difficulty saying no. Therapy with me is compassionate and practical. We will work on staying grounded, speaking clearly, and setting boundaries that feel firm and respectful. I also support clients navigating divorce, co-parenting, and parallel parenting. If you’re ready to stop living from guilt or fear and start relating from clarity and self-trust, I’d be honored to help.
